FAQ

  • Where can I buy Natura products?
Check out our Where to Buy page. It's a good idea to call the store before going, to make sure they have the product you're looking for in stock. If your local store doesn't carry our products, give them our contact information.
  • Do your products kill the Covid-19 virus?
This is a new coronavirus, so nobody can make that claim. Health Canada states in their Public health guidance for schools (K-12) and childcare programs (COVID-19): “Although there is lack of specific evidence for their effectiveness against COVID-19, cleaning with water and household detergents and use of common disinfectant products should be sufficient for cleaning and disinfection” https://www.canada.ca/en/public-health/services/diseases/2019-novel-coronavirus-infection/health-professionals/guidance-schools- childcare-programs.html
  • Can "Natural" products be effective at disinfecting?"
Yes. We aim for a balance between destroying harmful pathogens, while being gentle on what we're trying to protect. That means there is a time component, because it takes enzymes longer to do the job than it takes harsh chemicals like bleach. This is why doctors are telling us that soap and water will destroy the Covid-19 virus on our hands, but only if we wash for a minimum of 20 seconds.
  • Can the Disinfecting Wipes be flushed down the toilet?
No. Our wipes are made from bamboo, and they should be disposed of in the trash after use. We don't recommend putting them in your septic system.
  • Is your packaging recyclable?
Yes. Check the bottom of the packaging for the class number, and check with your local recycling company for a list of the materials it accepts for reprocessing.
